"I informed the worker of my first and last name, and told her I was there for a pickup. She proceeds to ask me in front of a customer and another employee, WHAT IS IN MY BAG??? It's none of her damn business or anyone else's in the store whats in my bag. Just ask me for ID OR what kind of order am I picking up. This employee needs to be trained. Never again will I use this location for anything!"

"Rude, rude, rude people in this pharmacy. So rude that I will be switching all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. They act like it's an imposition if you have questions or (God forbid) want to pick up your prescription at a time that's evidently inconvenient for THEM. I am so tired of being jerked around by these rude and incompetent people that I am switching away from this store. I even complained to the store manager, Denis; and he reluctantly said "I will speak to them", but acted like he was afraid to do so. I can see why, after dealing with their rudeness and hateful attitude! Never again!!!!"

"I was at the drive-thru to buy Pseudoephedrine. I was told they don't sell that through the drive-thru. I asked if I could bring my dog in, she said only it's a support animal. I said "You sure make this hard." She said "Yep", and closed the window. CVS must not realize there are other pharmacies we can shop at."

"This pharmacy is useless. Dr office called a prescription into the wrong cvs and this place then tells me they can't transfer the prescription. I've gotten these transferred and filled all the way across the county when on vacation or working and this place can't transfer one from 10 miles up the road. Only reason I even use cvs is because its close, but after all the issues at this location I'm just going back to using walgreens. At least with them there isn't always excuses about why they can't get you what you need."
