"It’s just as nice as a holiday inn express but without the free breakfast. The breakfast you pay for is the same as the Express if they have a decent person on staff of the morning. Rooms were good, but for the price it should be."

"Hot tub wasn’t working and when I called the front desk the lady seemed so annoyed that I was reporting that the hot tub wasn’t working. She huffed and puffed and said that “the people who know how to work it weren’t available and that I was probably doing it wrong” She didn’t even try to help me or apologize. Just wanted to get me off the phone. She was so rude. Whole point of booking a room with a hot tub is to use the hot tub! Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here! I stayed in room 312."

"The hotel is very clean rooms, reception, restaurant, the pool The room was very good si,e the bed very confortable Parking space, and it is free Wifi quality is very good The breakfast is ok, not much even a little disappointing. I'm glad it was included. i would not pay 15$"

"The location is good, the rooms are clean and good. But man the staff is the worse I've ever seen. Everyone is always on a bad mood at the front desk. The folks from the restaurant are the only nice people. I just raised a complaint at the front desk that someone opened our door at 4 am, that is a major security issue and the lady couldn't care less. I was up until 6 am because I couldn't sleep worrying about it, I just called to ask for a late check out so I can sleep a bit before hitting the road and the way those ladies talk to you is just unacceptable. They might need a raise because they hate their job. We are silver members at ihg, this is the worse service ever. Don't stay here!!!!!"

"Zero stars. Traveling for my daughters cheer game so we decided to stay close, bad idea ! Our room smelled like pee and to top it off we went downstairs to have dinner so we didn’t have to go out in the traffic. Restaurant closed. At check in I should of been made aware of this situation. I asked management what they would do for the inconvenience , only thing they would do is free breakfast, but if I wanted breakfast I would of paid for that at check in. So a free breakfast did nothing for me. I would absolutely not stay here and travel down the road to a lot nicer hotels for the same price ! With an open restaurant! Good luck."
