"The staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. It was a very pleasant experience! The room matched the photo on the website and had everything I needed. What topped off my stay was that I got to enjoy a long hot shower and sleep on a comfy bed. The last place I stayed at had lukewarm water for a few minutes. So, this place was wonderful!"

"The room was dirty, food crumbs and stains on the desk and chair, hair balls on the towels, and floor hadn't been cleaned in a while. obviously, management is not inspecting behind housekeeping. Your employees will do what you inspect, not expect, and if management doesn't care, why should staff.. I have stayed here many times in the past,and the counter staff are pleasent."

"Room was decent at a glance. Towels smelled like mold. There were mystery stains on the walls. Suspicious people hanging around outside the hotel at all hours. The absolute worst part of the 3 day 2 night stay was the charges that we had on our credit card after we checked out. Two $30 dollar charges for 1 missing pillow. Upon thinking it was a mistake we called and asked about he charges and Nina was absolutely terrible. She accused us stealing a freaking pillow and said there is no way possible that during their room cleaning (when we were not present in the room) that there was no way that it was taken by their staff. We did not take a damn pillow. Terrible customer service and we felt like delinquents after speaking to her. Avoid this place. For the same rate, you can get a far better experience."

"Never. Again. I will not even stay here if you paid me! The rooms SMELL! I could smell urine as soon as I opened the bathroom door. The AC wasn’t on so I figured let’s turn it on and see if it helps. We left to go enjoy our vacation. We literally were in the room for maybe 5 minutes. Whenever we came back about 5 hours later, the room smelled of mold. It was so bad! It smelled like it was coming out of the AC. We complained to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. He said he didn’t smell anything. But my kids and my husband smelled it as well. The maintenance man tried to convince us there was no smell. I requested another room and he said “he can’t just give us another room if he doesn’t smell anything” such a joke! He showed my husband to prove a point and it didn’t smell. My husband asked if we could switch to that room and he said no! Absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t sleep at all that night. I was just awoken by the smell all night long. The customer service was absolutely terrible. My husband works for the same motel company and this is definitely not how his motel does business!!!"
