"I give this place a 1 star please don't say you have nothing under my name because that is true . We payed with my boyfriend name and his card. Bad customer services we stayed a week and not once not once did they came to clean our room or nothing their breakfast gross! The location is fine clam and quite other then that please do a better job with customer services."
"Aside from having to reset my key because it only worked 1 time, we had a great stay. The king-size bed was to die for. I slept better than I had in years. Will definitely stay again."
"We stayed here 3 nights and it was good. Room was clean when we arrived and in general hotel looked clean. People were kind and helpful when needed. You can buy some snacks on the front desk. It was breakfast included which was 8-11 on weekends and 7-10 on weekdays, it was the typical hotel breakfast, it was good, the best are the pancakes. Only concern it’s that they did not left us shampoo nor toilet paper so we had to ask for them on the front desk. Hotel has enough parking space. Hotel is well located, it took us about 15 minutes to get to centric places on the city."
"Amazing hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much around it but considering it was next to the interstate it was extremely quiet and there wasn't a lot of noise you could hear from outside. Breakfast was amazing and housekeeping does a wonderful job with the rooms."
"Being so close to the hospital was great. Checking in not so much, we got there around 2:45 P.M. and the young lady barely looked up and wasn't in the least bit friendly. She wasn't rude she just seemed to be to busy to help and put out by a normal request we made. I did have a gentleman that saw me struggling with luggage and offered to help and the lady that checked us out around 6-6:40 the next day was really great so she helped start our day off right. The hotel was nice but old with cracks in the tiles and some stained or cracks or worn walls etc. Nice pool area and breakfast area. Loved the lobby. The beds were clean and comfortable. There is a part of it that's used for a sllep lab."
