Westbury Harbour

"Moved to this place recently and I found a bed bug in my room a few days after moving in. Place has a strange smell to it. Dishwashers that come with the apartment are dirty. Rooms are a reasonably size but don't come with a light in the room. Everywhere else has a light just not the rooms."

"I have lived in Westbury Harbour for a few years now and can honestly say my family and I have been comfortable the whole time. Office manager Amber is very kind and always gets back to me if I have an issue or even just a question. Great communication in my experience. I have made a few calls to maintenance since we moved in, but every issue is always addressed. Bobby the maintenance man is also very kind and explains what I need to know on what he is fixing. Great communication as well. The community grill area has always been clean any time I’ve ever used it. It is nice to have an area to gather with your family and enjoy being outside. Overall, I would recommend Westbury to anyone who would like an affordable quiet place to live."

"What I like about this complex is that my building is primarily quiet!! I have good neighbors who speak in passing and we may have a quick conversation.... I like the size of my unit.... Having arthritis really bad, I like being on the lower level when it comes to using the laundry facilities.. when I came here, Emily was extremely nice to me and Amber has been welcoming to me if I had any concerns.... And I love the fact that I'm so close to the mall and other places that are near by this complex...."

"This is honestly a good place to live. It’s a great neighborhood and there is a park right across the street. If I ever have an issue with my unit the staff are fast and efficient. The office manager Amber makes sure we are taken care of and that means a lot to us. This place is our home and I’m so glad we found it."

"I would give this complex a 0 out of 5 if I could. I lived there for about half a year. I was on the basement floor. About a couple months in they lost my money order for my rent, the sewage pipes broke and they never fixed them. I woke up every day for months with my carpet SOAKED. My bed molded because of it. My clothes were ruined. My bathroom ceiling was leaking. I had a bowl below the leak to catch the drops. They never fixed anything. I had to break my lease early for safety purposes. It was terrible. I loved the area and the apt would have been perfect if it weren't for the poor management and lack of care for the tenants. Not to mention they lost my rent a second time the month I left. Making me pay rent twice in one month."
