"I just moved here from out of state. Their communication is terrible and has placed stress on my move here - when I got here on moving day. I travelled 6 hours to be told I needed to wait before getting my keys so they could do a tour. I felt disrespected, and uncomfortable having to bring my cat in the lobby to use the bathroom from our long travel. The staff are not welcoming- they don’t seem to be happy here. They just hired a new lady who seems more pleasant but I am not sure of her name. Overall I’ve only been here less than a month and I feel that I am paying very high rent that is not meeting the expectations of the space. Packages are hard to receive- trash is an eye sore at the dump when they forget to pick up the trash- they do not recycle here and the walls are thin in the building and can hear your neighbors - I would save your money--- UPDATE - wanted to give this place a fair chance , I reached out to the number that was suggested by the comment to discuss my concerns. I have tried multiple times with no answer along with an email stating I wanted to discuss this- They have never made an attempt to address my concerns, and once Again I feel disrespected by this company."

"This is the best complex I’ve ever been in. I love all the amenities especially the dog park and pool! The few times I’ve had any maintenance issues it was same day service, which I have never had before. Anytime I’ve had to speak with any of the employees they’re super helpful and respectful."

"Pros-apts' are beautiful with a lovely kitchen and big tubs, the staff are friendly and assist me whenever needed to answer my questions or fix appliances and I see them always cleaning around the community...each building has elevators, the gym is fantastic and clean, the pool is beautiful and maintained...most of the neighbors are great...trash is picked up 5 nights a week, parking is never an issue... The apt threw us all a party in Aug with a DJ, food and games...and they plan to do something monthly for us for fun!!!! We chose the top floor to avoid much noise and so far had no issues... I will say the bathrooms in the gym don't smell great, seems a plumbing issue? But it does not go into the gym itself... Someone complained that the paint marks up easily, its true though I have lived in other apt's and houses where that is just how it is.... Cons-the concrete walkways are pretty dirty and need attention...yes at times people around the pool at night can get loud (but not too much) I don't love the mail system, but it is not a deal breaker, the mail all goes into one big room--that's just apt life, not a fault in my book.. My family and I are happy here, the place is well looked after, no its not perfect as nothing is...we plan to live here for a few years and I would choose it again :) Hope this helps you in your search for a good apt :)"

"Great apartment manager, lovely, roomy apartments close to everything, amenities are amazing, only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the price. Pricey for those middle class folks. Update 01/03/2023 After living with my daughter Jess for 3 weeks now I give the place 1 1/2 stars. Someone is pulling the smoke alarm. On the coldest day of last year it went off, also no electricity only in the my daughters building. We have a 3 week old baby. Also folks let their pets poop on the sidewalks, staircases and refuse to pickup the mess. The trash service is a joke."
