"This apartment complex has been really good to me so far. I love the layout and look of everything. The floors are nice, the amenities (marble counter tops, nice appliances,etc) are nice too! The environment is pretty clean and the maintenance staff are total rockstars. They address service requests very promptly and it is so wonderful and refreshing to have them taking care of our complex! The staff is very lovely and professional as well. Nick is one of the most professional and wonderful staff members I have ever dealt with in all of my years living in various apartments! All in all, I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an affordable and nice looking apartment complex with a great staff to call home to check out The Metropolitan!"

"If I could give zero stars you would give them I do not recommend anyone to live here if they need a place to live I recommend that they spend money somewhere else except in this one they are freeloaders I have had several problems in recent months I have paid too much money last month I had to pay almost 2000 dollars and the last month of my contract I only had 4 days left to leave and I left 2 weeks before and they charged me more than 500 dollars for 4 days of the last month I do not understand why I was in an apartment with 1 bedroom and a bathroom But they always make excuses or give you a reason, but the truth is that they took advantage of me and my partner. This apartment is terrible, it's too small. They are thieves and take advantage, but it's good that my contract ended so soon that now I have a New large and very comfortable apartment and I am happy and without any discomfort."

"The Metro is a friendly community all around! Management, staff, and residents all strive to make the Metropolitan home. Maintenance turnaround time is usually same day, management addresses concerns in a timely manner while also taking in feedback and applying improvements where possible. The residents are friendly and are so welcoming. Between making new friends at the fire pit or by meeting up at the dog park, the community definitely thinks of one another. Management also schedules fun events! Be it pizza at the pavilion or movie night by the fire pit, it’s a great way to connect with the residents and staff to share like-minded conversations around community updates and feedback!"

"I've been here at the metropolitan for a little over a year now and it's overall been a very pleasant experience. The neighbors have been friendly and great, the office staff have been super helpful, & maintenance has always taken care of every need I've ever had here with quick attention. Would definitely recommend living here."

"I recently became a resident at these apartments. I must say my stay so far has been really good. Always ample parking available, neighbors are really quiet, and staff seem very helpful. The move in was easy. Simple application process that is straightforward. I do love the option to pay my rent over an app instead of the tedious and costly task of getting money orders every month. Overall I would recommend these apartments to anyone interested."
