"Worst stay EVER! WORST STAFF & SERVICE EVER! I will never stay at any Embassy Suites again as a result of this. Would recommend staying on a park bench over this place. We had very loud guests next to us. Several rooms on the floor we're yelling at these people to quiet down. We called security 3 times and security was useless. All they did was verify someone over 21 was in the room. This went on until 3am until we finally just checked out. The staff had an attitude about having to deal with the issue and when we checked out there was no apology. The next day the "manager" was supposed to call and never did. We had to call her and she never apologized for the issues, just said "yeah I heard someone left in the middle of the night due to noise." She said she'd refund the charges for that night and come to find out...she never did. Her tone on the call was clear that she was annoyed. And she's the one who got a good night's sleep."

"Rooms were very spacious, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Customer service was excellent! I was there for a conference that did not end until 4p with checkout by 11am. My husband accompanied me but could not attend the conference so, we went to the front desk to inquire about our bags, valet parking, and what he could do within the hotel during that time since our cards would no longer be activated. There was a security guard named Rick who took us to one of the atriums that my husband could utilize during that time. He could have just told us where this was but instead, escorted us there and gave us helpful information. It has been a very long time since we have experienced excellent customer service like that and we told him how appreciate we were of him as we had lost hope in the art of customer service. The breakfast was excellent. We had made to order omelets and the best bacon I have eaten in a very long time! My only complaint would be the mess of trying to valet park. This is an extremely busy area between two large hotels with not a whole lot of street space for through traffic AND cars stopping for valet. It is my understanding that this service is not part of the hotel. That bring said, the valet parkers were very friendly and doing the best they could under circumstances beyond their control. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very impressed with this Embassy Suites. It has a beautiful grand lobby, very clean/renovated and spacious rooms. Very pleased with the service from Danielle and her team. They were always kind and helpful, quick turnaround on requests. Breakfast was good with hot omelet stand and other options, there’s also a complimentary happy hour where you can get house drinks and snacks. Location was in the heart of downtown. I was very happy with my room! I also enjoyed using the gym. To note that many rooms face an indoor courtyard, it has natural light through a ceiling window."

"Classy downtown hotel in a great location next to 4th street with great service, and very nice amenities. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour on the 3rd floor with refreshments and the free breakfast that included fresh made omelets, and one of the best breakfast bars i have seen. Clean, bright, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and prompt. Beds were comfy and shower was hot and strong! Highly recommend!"
