"I have lived at this property for two years. Now they're have been a far share of issues as well as my issues with the property but problems I would run into anywhere else. And I have had all of my issues taken care of swiftly. This is a great property to live at now that the property is under new management. I couldn't be happier, thank you for all the hard work that the Enclave team does. This place has really started to turn around and look like a completely new property. With the Gates up and running reducing the unwanted traffic almost over night and the new 24 hours to the gym. I can't wait to see what's in store next."

"If you want to know where all the thugs that go around pulling door handles in the middle of the night come from look no further. This apartment complex has turned into a little ghetto and the management company does little to nothing to vet who moves in here."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. When we moved in the apartment wasn’t finished being renovated and it’s still not finished … For the first 4 months of living here we had NO hot water and we contacted management about it numerous times. The water is shut off constantly for hours or days at a time, the staff has changed over 4 times since I have been here for less than a year. The communication with the office is horrendous and nothing ever EVER gets done. I had to put in 4 requests to even see a maintenance man at my door. We are also overcharged every month for renters insurance WHEN WE HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE ON FILE AND HAVE GONE TO THE OFFICE FIVE TIMES ABOUT IT. We keep being told “we will be reimbursed” but that has not happened yet. Our upstairs neighbors air conditioner constantly leaks into ours and nothing is done about it. Our air conditioning unit was broken for over a month before anyone came to fix it. We have had consistent problems since moving in last September. I hate this place and don’t recommend it to anyone … I’m also told we currently have our water shut off but the upstairs neighbors are showering while I have no water? This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. OH and we were also told our unit would come with a washer and dryer but they lied and we didn’t find out until after our lease was signed and we were moving in…."
