"This rent office lady gave me problems all of the time we gotten into it a couple of times I once knocked on the door to talk to her and she pulled her gun on me please do not live here they have roaches and they don’t answer the phone"

"I have been staying here for about a year now. Maintenance is usually pretty quick when I have issues in my apartment. Overall not a bad place to rent for the price."

(Todd Stocker) I remember two years ago I was really in need to find somewhere to be, because of my credit score and Colony apartment was the only one at that time, understood the situation and got me move in right on time. Everything looks great in the apartment I'm in, and whenever I call she always picks up and ready to help. And one thing i really appreciate, i have an accent, and she always understands what I'm saying, she doesn't tear me down like most people do. I have so many memories in this apartment, and watching my son growing, make me thinking that I need a larger room and l've just applied. I love the neighborhood and I feel safe. Colony apartment's staff, thank you for everything and until I get the house of my dream, count on me among of your residents."

"People pay money to apply to these apartments and to not be able to have a decent or respectable conversation is unacceptable. Please take the time to acknowledge people and their concerns. Please answer the phone or return calls to address concerns so people don’t have to show up at the office to “inconvenience” or make you feel “bothered” to do your job with connecting people to safe and reliable and affordable housing. Please be considerate of others nobody is too far removed from being homeless and how you treat others can come back on you."

"If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!!!apartment was not cleaned prior to our move on date. Was filthy spider webs everywhere, managements was terrible. Had an eviction notice every single month even tho o sent my rent on time but because it can ONLY be MAILED to their corporate office , if they office has y gotten notice it was RECEIVED THE 1st it was considered LATE. even tho postage and money order was dated on or prior to the 1st. My dishwasher had old water stuck inside causing a odor that took them 3 moths to get around to checking out. A new dishwasher was placed on the box on my living room for another month u til they decided to come install it. The price was nice but I’d much rather pay a little more rather to deal with these issues."
