"I rate them a -0 this is the worst management I’ve ever seen , the worst customer service EVER SLUM LORDS! Roaches , roaches roaches , brown water , broken boiler system , shootings behind the building , car break ins! The ladies who work in the office should never work in customer service or management in their life they will pick the phone up and hang it up when they see you call.. tell lies . They actually physically cut the water off without a notice to the apartment complex while I was in the shower with shampoo in my hair! They say these apartments are renovated but they are infested with roaches every single unit has them!! A horrible place to live! I’m taking them to small claims! Never I repeat never rent from them"

"The worst group of ppl I have ever came across. They tried to evict us illegally. The maintenance crew and sheriff came banging on my door saying they was coming to set us out. My husband and I called them to see what was going on and they talked to us like we were not humans. Told us we were being being evicted and to the best thing to do was to get our belonging out and move. After showing the sheriff proof that the eviction was illegal the sheriff got on the phone to explain to Milly the property manager that what she was doing was wrong and she was yelling on the top of her lungs. Good thing the sheriff was listening to me. So they left. They are horrible and the property is so ran down. Never rent from these ppl ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"3009 S. 4th st. is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. Also it is loaded with black mold behind all the walls, especially in the kitchens and bathrooms."

"The worst experience I've had as a tenant. They are rude, incompetent and act like they are doing you a favor by letting you live in their neglected, run-down apartments. We paid the rent every month on time. They accused us of leaving boxes on the property the first week we moved in, claiming they would charge us $100 if they weren't removed. I assumed they were the two small boxes we had on the back porch. So I removed them. The next week I received s bill for $100, though we left no boxes on the property. We had to tolerate not having a door on our bedroom the first few months we we there. I kept calling and they sent three different people at three different times to measure the door. I finally sent them a pretty angry email and we finally got our door four months after we moved in. The dishwasher was brand new. However, whoever installed I did a shoddy job because we couldn't get it to work half the time. At our request they finally fixed it. As soon as our lease ended, we moved out, and so did everyone else. The building was empty and void of people when we moved. As a tenant, if you want reliable management. Do not rent from Clark. They do not care about the tenants."
