"Disappointment only .Moving from California to Kentenky We decided to move in here because the apartments looked nice Online after being here we quickly realized our mistake. We’ve had problems since DAY 1 not a safe place , so don't bother if you get anything stolen.my car was broken into and my packages stolen. Poorly managed apartment complex. It Takes over weeks for a simple fridge maintenance requests to be complete I had to buy a freezer to store my food. ( heater not working) We slept in a freezer condition the temperature was less than 10 degrees. Laundry room is like a trash you can see on the image below, washers and dryers are broken."

"I mean it’s not a bad place but I have been dealing with mold under my sink the smell is gotten worse since I been here I moved in the end of September. I have been sick for like 1 month throwing up headaches upper respiratory problems which is symptoms of mold exposure I have made a complaint to the office and I made 2 maintenance request in the last week well I also had him come a month about other things like they still haven’t fixed my air conditioner saying there still waiting on parts and he said he has to order parts for the mold like what parts for mold there is very small child under me in the next unit crying so hopefully it’s ok to b/c our pipes are together I can’t pay 419 for a mold inspector when I need them bc I can’t afford them this needs to be resolved asap bc my health is getting worse and worse by the day"

"DONT MOVE TO THIS PLACE my boyfriend moved in almost a year now and he went thru last winter with no heater and summer with no AC he goes everymonth to pay rent and he complains he gets told they will go and fix but nothing gets fixed, stove only one burner was working and they dont fix it, its winter again no heater, about four month ago he refer a friend because at the time he needed a place and the $300 bonus they told him it will take 3 months for them to deduct from rent know they say theres no proof he refer, keep in mind in the past month hes been seeing different office employees. he will stay at my place most of the time cause of weather! i tried to talk to a property manager they dont want too because im not at the lease and im only doing it because of hes language. not sure if its because of discrimination or they just dont care like theh say they do.!!!! Dont comment saying for him to call the office because he goes every month. cant wait for this lease to be over!!"

"So far I’ve only been here a month and ready to move. The residents are very noisy over here. It’s a lot of Cubans/Dominicans. Which that isn’t the issue it’s the fact they are very loud at night time. There’s mold in my utility closet which was there when I moved in. And have yet been removed. My apt smells a moldy in the kitchen area and I can’t find where it’s coming from. The renovations is fairly decent. I only moved here because my lease was up and I needed to find somewhere asap that I could pay. Also the leasing office will send you email, post a notice on your door stating your rent is late on the 3rd day when technically you have until the 5th to pay the rent. But whatever they gonna do them. I have to send several emails just to get a reply back. I have even went inside the office to check if my emails are being received and to find out when the mold is going to be removed but I still have received any type of answer. The parking sucks and the fact it’s only one area for the dumpster out of the entire apartment community. Yes they are doing renovations to exterior and interior but do I think it’s worth it No. Plus I still desperately need a 3 bedroom house or apartment that me and my kids will actually enjoy. My kids really don’t like it here either. Overall I love the Brownsboro red area but do I see myself renewing my lease here at the end NO. I’m already looking forward to moving."

"Asbury Ridge was so nice I loved how homey it felt. The staff made you feel welcomed and were very patient. They were doing renovations while there, but the renovations were just making the apartments so much nicer. I think it's a lovely family home and highly recommend the area. We definitely be back"
