"Definitely enjoy living here. I renewed my lease a few months back. The office staff was super helpful when I had some paperwork issues and I can't brag on maintenance enough always super helpful. Definitely a nice and safe place to stay! I will say I live on the top floor and if you are moving your own furniture in good luck getting the couch up the stairs. It WILL be difficult!!"

"Renter beware! This place is incredibly expensive to move out of. My husband and I renewed our lease not realizing that it would only take us one day to find our first house. We had to pay for two months rent beyond when we had wanted to move out, plus a $2,500 termination fee, so we virtually paid four months rent just to move out. I can't even remember if we paid a security deposit at this point, but if we did, we didn't get any of it back. Apartments are gilded and not as nice as they appear. I had the living room windows fall in on my head multiple times! Heat went out on two of the coldest days of winter, and the paint was so cheap that it would just fall off of the tops of the doors. It seemed nice enough to live in for a year, but it also seemed telling that almost all of our neighbors moved out as soon as their lease ended."

"Moved out after 8 days. These are not close to what they are asking for them. Shoddy remodeling job, deceptive practices like running "specials" that make it seem like the rent is lower than it is, the foundation of the building is bad causing a severe slope in the units. I had a major leak in the basement that was never resolved and that they blamed on "condensation" which is an outright lie. Don't do it."
