"The building I live in is riddled with safety hazards. A tree fell on my car in the parking lot within the first month of living here, the fuses are 30 amp and a huge fire hazard with such thin wires, and the steam release valves on the water heaters are at face level instead of 6 inches from the floor. FURTHERMORE MY CEILING LEAKS, sink doesn't drain, and the hallway constantly smells like cat pee and cigarette smoke. The floor in the bathroom is poofed up from some unknown substance, cabinets are pealing and stained inside, refrigerator door is hung crooked, and there was a molding cup of dairy queen in my closet the day I moved in. They will lie through their teeth claiming they will fix things when you move in, then doge your phone calls and if a maintenance guy does show up he will just tell you he can't fix it and someone else will be out in a week... which never happens."
