"Landlord will not take any responsibility for property as to pest control, liability, structural repair. He just collect rent money and calls his parents dumb and stupid for carrying about the tenants. Calls tenants filthy and disgusting. Still he refuses to repair structure and water needs. Allows homeless people to squat in vacant parts of building and blames tenants. He is the worst. He is a slumlord. There is a 4 foot by 6 foot hole in my kitchenette ceiling that has been there since November 2022 without anyone doing any repairs. Landlord has now reduced my cold water pressure claiming I have a water leak issue which he can himself came into my apartment and found none. He has raiaed rent for swxond time in three years and no maintenance has been done-NEVER. Landlord drinks because he has come to my door at noon wreaking of alcohol. He is also a TRUE SLUMLORD"

They will be over to your place 7 days aweak to pick on you!!! He will press false charges on your police record ,If you ask him to stay out of your private life. And he will run all of your company away ,Because when he sees them come in your apartment ,Hes going to come over and burst right in everytime. His building mgt is a bum who will do what ever MR. Isabell says, Or Mr Isabell will put him out. I know cause pressed false charges against me the same way . And messed up my career. Stay Away , If you dont listen to me its your own fault!!!!!!!!!
