Forced to move due to apartment being "uninhabitable due to fire" per Codes and Regulations my unit didn't have the fire just sustain damage - smoke, broken window, melted sliding door. "VENDORS BEWARE! We provided services for this apartment community for 4 months. Client has not paid for any services. Oldest Invoice is now 125 days past due. Frustrating to provide a service and not be paid for work completed. Property has neither the ability or determination to make things right. Would highly recommend avoiding. Legal action will likely be next step."

"My husband is ill and taking treatment he moved into the complex in November management told him he would have to pay 700 until his hud was applied it was not ever received management was horrible maintenance would never show after being called several times , now there is new management I can email her and she responds immediately and the maintenance fixes things as soon as they possibly can and always compliment how nice the apartment is that makes you feel at home. Some of the residents are not so nice and they can be loud and silly but since the new management things are really improving."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management is VERY rude, they don’t fix any problems inside of the apartment and if you complain about them not doing anything they start to pick with you. My grandmother is disabled and can’t walk to the dumpster, so she sat her trash outside of her door waiting for her grandson to come take it out and they charged her $25 for having it in front of her door for all of 10 mins! Courtney is the rudest out of them all! She likes to hang up on you when you call the office to discuss things about your apartment"

"My Daughter live her they started out ok. Then they went under New management. Then they went very to hell. The young Lady Kemeisha in the office . Told me back in Dec. They did have my daughter rent went on about a week I had to call my attorney. Then with in 5 minutes they called my daughter they had her money.Now my Daughter have been sick and the Government is Going to cover her rent. So they need the tax ID and this new Manager said they can't give it to us like it's hers Lol. Any way. Kemeisha said they sent the paperwork to corporate Jackie Said it was Not called Regional manager he No Nothing About So who's lying here lol. Not sure but they don't handle business when it comes to paperwork. Now living in the apartments is a difference Love them office Manager Just Sucks"
