"I've lived at this property for about 4 years, I was going to move a couple years ago because nothing was ever getting fixed, but since new property management took over things have greatly improved. If I have an issue the maintenance does a great job and usually takes care of it the same day if not the next. Every one in the community is friendly and more than likely will be staying a few more years."

"I highly DONT recommend living here. There is so many problems with these apartments that are so badly addressed and disregarded. I’ve emailed them 3 times about mold in the apartment and haven’t had anyone properly do an inspection or investigate. There has been mold behind, next to our bed and even our living room. Many of our maintenance request have been marked completed when they haven’t been done. This place does not serve its tenets in any respect and will just increase rent without doing any proper service. This is the second unit we’ve occupied living here and both were horrible and falling apart. Absolutely cannot say more strongly, do not move here! They blocked me on Facebook after I posted about the mold!"

"Station House Apartments is by far the worst living experience I have ever had. I suffered through second-hand smoke, mice destroying all of my belongings, and a generally unsafe living environment. I lost thousands of dollars worth of items due to the mice. Management will happily allow you to suffer, and even if you do manage to force them to help you, they will lie and say they never agreed to a compromise. Not to mention, there were strange men soliciting outside my door at night. There were possums and other rodents wandering on the premises. They charge you extra per month for pest control, even though there is never a company that shows up. They don't cut the grass. The property infrastructure is concerning, as if the ceiling could fall at any moment. Whatever you do, do not live here. It will be like living hell. There are plenty of other affordable places in the area that blow this place out of the water."

"I've lived here for two years. Overall, it has been a good experience. Management is nice and up until recently, anytime I put in a maintenance request, no matter how big or small it was, it was fixed or at least looked at within 24 hours. There is supposed to be a courtesy officer but I've never seen him, which isn't a bad thing. It just means we haven't had much of a need for him to be around. It close to campus. I walked most days with no problems. It's a bit expensive and the gate really doesn't provide that much security. My car was broken into inside the gate...BUT it is nice to live somewhere and not have to park on the street all the time. If you live on the bottom, you WILL hear any and everything the people above you do....so brace yourself for that. Honestly, if it wasn't so expensive and I could move to a different unit, I would probably stay another year."
