"Don't rent here, while moving in and my stay here were great, moving out was a complete joke. Me and my family spent days cleaning the apartment so that it was ready to move in. I paid $300 for the deposit and the apartments ended up charging me $800 in damages which they said was for replacing the carpet and sending it to collections days after they charged it which affected my credit. Me and my attorney are currently in the process of filing a suit. This seems to be common that they do this to people of color and is not right."

"Moved in two years ago can't wait to get out first year closet door fell on my flat screen TV and broke it was informed the wrong screws where in did not replace my tv then later asked for some touch up paint they gave me the wrong color twise so still waiting for them to do something about it so my wall is F up really liked it here but not with my wall looking the way it looks ☹️"

"I normally do not give reviews but this need to be heard. If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, it’s hard to reach the actual office due to the lack of business hours. Second of all, it took us months to complete our application because of so many miscommunications. Third of all, when the application was completed we called every week to follow up on it, they said they would call back. Guess what ? They NEVER once called back. Now I just checked our portal and it said our application was CANCELED ? Not even a call to let us know what happened? And the fact that we gave them a call and ask if everything was good and the worker said yes, just waiting on Decision is crazy. This is the first time we had to deal with this. I really hope this company goes down. The rudeness and lack of communication and effort is beyond me. So if I were you, I wouldn’t waste my time applying and “ add on to the waitlist” because they lie about the number of people there too. The workers obviously don’t communicate with each other due to the amount of misinformation and miscommunication. I’m writing this with my co-applicant."

"Overall I feel as though the apartment complex is very nice and it is well-kept. I am writing a review hopefully to get the attention of the owners because people have been breaking into cars lately at the apartment complex. I read the review Nick wrote a month ago and he expressed the same concern. I am hoping the office manager will view this comment seriously and make it a priority. I did read the response by the owner about calling the police. But they won’t always make it on time. Please take this message seriously and do something about it."
