"I would not recommend this place to anyone. I did not live here myself but had family members living here and the things I saw were unacceptable. Buildings infested with bed bugs and roaches. Trash everywhere because dumpsters were moved farther away. They continue to charge more and more for rent but have unsafe buildings. A laundromat that’s constantly out of service. They also take advantage of the fact that the majority of residents are foreigners, they speak to you as if you are incompetent and do not resolve anything for you in hopes you’ll forget. Maintenance staff who don’t do what they are supposed to do and leave the units in unsafe conditions. AC that is out and leaking for days. It is not worth any amount of money and the whole place needs to be rebuilt."
