"This apartment does not care about its tenants. Maintenance never shows up in time. The so called Manager Andrew is very rude. Someone needs to teach him manner. There are hundreds of issues in our apartment to be fixed. They just charge money for random stuffs saying we were missing some documents which we already submitted to this so called manager Andrew. If you hate your job go stay at home or find something else to do. But if you are a property manager, act like one, show some professionalism. This place is scam. Don’t move to this apartment."

"Very bad experience, horrible service cockroaches & centipede everywhere . They never care for resident for any emergency call. Mainly, the manager in agree meadows name Andrew is the worst and he is sinch a biased person who run the office currently. I hate to ask for help specially when he is in office. He is a jerk, Rude. & disrespectful in the world. He needs to be kicked out of his job. He never listen to the resident just rush to reply. He hate when it comes to second language people humiliated to the innocent people and rent are vary to each people with their ethnicity . He hate Spanish speaker like me and many others neighbors of mine who doesn’t speak English. They raise the rent but nothing better. I hate the fact that they keep him up. And I can’t wait to move . I wish I could give him 0 if I could ."

"I currently live here been here since August 2021. The apartment was INFESTED with roaches, which I complained long enough n problem was fixed but my heating/air has been out since November nothing has been provided to us to keep warm. Now the weather is changing and my kids have severe asthma no air keep complaining and calling they told me I can just leave very rude. Don’t believe the signs when u see under new management it’s the same ppl under a different name doing the same thing nothing has been repaired. I can’t wait to move it’s just so hard and they don’t care"
