"I would never recommend renting from Richardson Properties. There was an incident that occurred on 7/28/2022 when I lived here where I found evidence that their staff utilized my apartment and used my bathroom while I wasn’t home after painting the exterior of my entrance door. We were notified that they would be painting our doors but there was absolutely no reason for them to enter my apartment past the entrance door. They especially had no right to come in and use my bathroom and who knows what else just because they noticed I wasn’t home. This issue was brought up to management who claimed that someone higher up would reach out to me, but by no surprise no one ever reached out to me or followed up in any way and I’m sure this incident went unaddressed. As a result I felt the only choice I had was to place cameras throughout the apartment since I no longer trusted the staff that works here. Additionally they charged me a $100 cleaning fee when I moved out that they took out of my deposit, claiming they took 4 hours to do “general cleaning.” I cleaned the entire apartment after I moved and took pictures of everything prior to handing in the keys so that I had proof the apartment was clean and had no damage since they refused to let me be present for the walkthrough. I was told when turning in the keys that they would reach out to me regarding the move out inspection, but by no surprise once again no one ever reached out or communicated with me in any way. I reached out regarding the $100 cleaning fee after receiving my deposit and received no response or explanation. This confirms for me that they know this fee is bogus and was nothing more than a way to scam me out of more money because I know for a fact they didn’t clean anything."

"Love living at Creekside Crossings. We’ve been here for a little over a year. Moving into a brand new building had its obstacles with regards to mail and deliveries as the address was not pinned on GPS but we got through it. Our unit is so spacious and modern. Gorgeous aesthetically. The finishes have a beautiful luxury look and feel. The complex is very peaceful, safe, and quiet. The neighbors are great. Management is responsive. Amber has been really great. Maintenance keeps the grounds clean which is a huge plus for me and the landscaping is well maintained. The area is walkable which I absolutely love. It’s close to shopping and dining which is great for visiting family. The playground has been recently finished and is really convenient. The only thing missing here is a pool and grilling area. That would make the complex A1 for our family. Oh, more parking to accommodate guests would be nice. All in all, our family loves living here."

"Friend of mine dog had a litter of puppies (not purposely, was adopted and they didn’t know she was pregnant.), she was told to his rid of them by their 8 week mark or she was going to be fined and an increase in her pet rent. The manager told her that it better not have puppies in her apartment because it will lose its value. The apartment complex was very unprofessional and highly recommended they review this concern."
