"We have lived here for almost a year and we love the apartment itself, it’s clean modern and comfortable. The one time I had to contact maintenance they came out the next morning and fixed my issue. I had no issues with contacting management and they were always responsive and wanting to fix whatever issue at hand. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the people renting here do not respect the property and there is trash piled up in front of the dumpster every week, people don’t clean up after their dogs, it almost always smells like weed and there are a few noisy units on the bottom floor. In the warmer months, kids also run around the parking lot unsupervised with no awareness of the parked or moving vehicles. There have been a few times over the past few weeks where there hasn’t been parking and people have been having to park elsewhere on the property. There is also no management office onsite. The management and maintenance team are a dream to work with and if you can see past the cons that fellow renters bring, this is a great place to live."

"I do not recommend leasing here. The inside of the apartments are nice but the paint they use on the wall is very low quality. The apartment doesn’t offer no amenities whatsoever. We also have a small parking lot so finding parking at night is almost impossible and they will tow your vehicle if you don’t park in a parking spot. The tenants here have no respect for the cleanliness of the property and you will find trash everywhere! I can never get anyone to answer the calls at the office either. They make your experience moving in very boring and a headache to pick up your keys because you have to drive across the Ohio river into Indiana. If you need to be in this area of Louisville because of work I strongly recommend going across the street to Cooper Creek Apartments. They offer great amenities I certainly wish I did."
