"I lived here for 2 years an they didn’t come fix anything like the landlord is rude an the staff is rude. The maintenance never came and fixed anything like my utility room ceiling was leaking due to my neighbors having a plumbing issues an they didn’t do anything then the maintenance put two wholes in my bathroom walls which they left open for 3months and my kids room wall by the windows was caving in and they did nothing.."

"This place is so horrible to live I don’t know where to start. How about the RAT INFESTATION that they literally don’t care to do anything about. These rats are going into residents homes which is so sad. Or how about the NON-EXSISTENT MAINTENANCE DEPT good luck getting anything fixed in your apt if you decide to move here. THE GROUNDS are constantly FULL OF TRASH that hardly ever gets cleaned up. Also many apts here are FULL OF MOLD. (you’ll just have to live with it) It’s a normal thing to hear gun shots and/or whiteness crime taking place here. Teenagers gather in large crowds and often promote gang activity. THE MANAGER is extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT MOVE HERE I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Absolutely one of the worst places to live. I could keep going but I’m tired of complaining about the poor living conditions here. Nobody cares. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!"
