"Omg if there was ever a decision in life I regret making it’s moving into this unorganized cheap a** apartment complex. They have issues with plumbing every month right now I’ve not had hot water for 2 weeks. The maintenance guy is never in and they bombard you with calls to pay rent when they can’t even fix small things. Get it together Lindsay or you’ll have no more customers. Management is rude and they say they “remodeled” when in actuality they painted over everything. Cheap work for cheap owner. Actually anybody down for a rent strike?"

"I have really enjoyed the viewing and onboarding by the former girl in the office. But it is a joke post moving in and not only the kitchen was infested by roaches, my worst nightmare was the leaking toilet. Of course, the service ticket was in place since thousand years ago but yeah nothing was addressed till today. The leaking started from the shower area and it has spread to the toilet area. I think they will probably get it fix when my toilet is flooded."

"For the amount of money that they charge to live here you would think that they will have work in a minute and the upkeep of the property would be better. The management team is beyond ridiculous the property manager Olivia doesn't do her job to know degree. I have repeatedly put in maintenance ticket after maintenance ticket for my air conditioner to be fixed and yet they have one HVAC guy for all of these properties and they don't know when he'll be able to get to me but they want me to still pay my rent on time but whenever their maintenance has time is when they'll make it to you no telling how many tickets are in front of yours that have not been worked on. then they got two new people 1 named Caitlin and she is just another Olivia. They tell you that they have pleasure maintenance ticket in the system but we'll go right back in and put it as being completed when no one has came by to do any type of work. They even have charged me for services that I never received and they are expecting me to pay as well but it's not stated in my lease that my total monthly due May Vary but they would definitely tack on extra charges"
