"Extremely bad experience. I renewed the lease with free parking offer. However, they kept charing fee parking fee. I came to the front office almost every two days. They apparently promise to do the reimbursement, but never gonna do it. It was one month ago when I first required they reimburse the money."

"One of the worst places I've ever lived. You can never get a hold of management. The garage doors are broken and my car was stolen from the garage. When I first moved in my apartment was an absolute wreck and it took weeks for them to do anything and all they did was put me in a temporary apartment which I am still in after 4 months. It's almost impossible to get them to take charges off that you were never supposed to be charged in the first place. Please steer clear and don't like the cheap price sway you."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!! We have had several issues with no response from management. My daughters' car was broken into IN the parking garage! They broke 2 windows and stole everything inside. She has requested a review of the surveillance video and was told they would check, but that it was probably just a homeless person. She is still waiting (4 days later) to get a response. I shouldn't have to worry about her safety living in an apartment building that was supposed to be secure. I have left 3 messages and 1 email trying to get someone to talk to about this and no one will call me back. In one of the rooms the electrical doesn't work which is connected to the dryer and dishwasher making them inoperable as well. She reported this 3 months ago when she moved in and no repairs have been made. This has to be a fire hazard! There is no excuse for not taking care of your tenants especially when they want to rent to college students."

"This was probably one of the worst places I’ve lived and I’m used to living in a college dorm. The staff is horrible and rude. They seem to think they can walk all over residents. The ginger one was probably one of the most rude people i’ve encountered in a while. The place stinks all around, the hallways and stairwells smell like pee. There are used blunts and cigs everywhere . There are stains and such all over and this is just the hallways and stairwells. The inside of the apartments smell like cat pee. We have wires sticking out of our walls. Within 2 weeks of living there we had a leak in our ceiling that we put service request in for and they were cancelled. Water and dry wall were falling from the ceiling and they did nothing to help us. It significantly got worse and they didn’t care."
