"The manager was absolutely disgusting, I applied there 2 days ago, Feb 7, 2024, and was denied for my lg&e and before i can tell her i can pay for it right now she hung up on me; I called back 15 times and no answer. I have never met a property manager as nasty as that woman. I encourage anyone not to apply here, they will steal the $50 and refuse to speak to you once its done. If you have an issue where you need an apt try going to Park of Hurstbourne or Station JTown, try your luck there before attempting this nasty place."

"I have been living here for a couple of years! I love my apartment! And it's location! It's souronded by shops and restaurants! And when I put in a mantiace request! They deal with it in a timely fashion!"

"Resident here for the last few years. The price is affordable, despite the inflation. I've never had a problem with mold, roaches, or other pests. Would recommend as a good apartment."

"Personally, and hopefully, I did not live at this place, but my mother-in-law is still living there, having issue with the apartment calefaction every month in the winter, also the water bill does not come individually for each apartment, it come one for the whole complex, which means that the manager divides the whole BILL between the amount of apartments, is does not matter if you consumed water or not, something that is not fair. Every month is an issue with the rent payment coming with extra charge that none can explain because the manager does not have the education to give you details about it, this person if we can call it like that is very rude with every guest that come to her office treating you like a dog without any kind of respect. Once again please do not apply for rent at this please, I am sure you can find a much better apartment complex close to that area."

"Don't get me started! The first month I lived here the plumbing was so bad that brown water started coming thru the bathtub and almost overflowing the toilet, called multiple times and even went to the manager to get it fixed but it wasn't until 3-5 weeks until it was fixed. So I had to go to a truck stop to shower or friends house! Half of the electrical plugs doesn't work and is very sensitive and the garbage disposal didn't work in my apartment as well! LG&E ran about $234 a month for the months of winter and the front door and Windows had major air leaks so cold air rushed it's way in! Don't drink the water or wash dishes, I became very ill after I drank the water there and I reported the apartment to health department. Mold everywhere and couldn't bathe or use the bathroom for 2 months! The stove only had 1 burner that worked the rest didn't and was a fire hazard! I was taking a shower the last month I lived here and the ceiling tile fell and hit me, thankfully I didn't get hurt. Safe yourself don't rent this place!"
