"Wish I could give less stars the worst place ever, flooring coming up from moisture in the basement, there's a hole in my bed room floor where it rotted out. The basement apartments are always flooding no telling how much mold is in those walls, the windows mold all the time,so stock up on bleach."
"2 years since we moved in. Has washer and dryer hookup, but they don't fit because some put the toilet in the wrong place(we photos) and for 2years I've been told they would fix it. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS, WHEN!!! Also all the vents are connected so when the neighbors are smoking dope the smell pours into my bathroom, I finally called the police ask them to tell them to turn of there fan so I don't have to smell it. Its been real quite around here for the past week?"
