"The apartments at chariot run are not safe for children period. At night drug addicts and homeless roam through the property and some break in cars I suppose this why they require you to renters insurance. The mini hot water heaters run out so dont take showers using both bathrooms at the same time. They are new so 1 of 2 good things to this place the other is maintence they are on the issue usually under 24 hours recommend you stay clear of any near the rail road tracks the trains are rather loud aka the homeless highway as its known out here in the area. When is safe for our kids to go play out side I'll up my rating on this place alittle"
