"Do not move here. The building looks good but isn't built good. They do not fix anything and if they do it's half fixed. There was one time where they glued a broken handle back together and left glue everywhere. When I called for them to come properly fix it because it broke again they never came. There was another time I had mold in my pantry and visible water stains on my ceiling and doing down the wall of the pantry. They just sprayed the mold with bleach and did nothing to address the water stains. There is lot more things that were never addressed. When I moved out last year (2023) I requested a final walk through of my apartment. I was told the person that would do the walk through would be on vacation but when I came to drop the keys off both ladies were in the office. Then they preceded to keep my deposit and charge me extra on top of that. I had video/photo evidence to prove that there was nothing wrong with those items. Both Sarah and Fallon (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) are dishonest."

"This place looks nice but the office staff are awful. When you walk in you feel the immediate defense vibe, I am assuming from them always having to defend themselves from ripping people off. You don’t get your deposit back. If you move out early you’ll have to pay for the full lease and even the utilities after you’re gone until your lease time is up. If you leave a hair in the apartment, you’ll be charge a cleaning fee, which is over a hundred dollars. Carpet cleaning fee, which in my time there as I seen people move in and out, never seen done. They’ll have a blank pdf receipt to cover for that if you fight it. After you move out you will get another bill from them along with not getting your deposit back. A couple hundred doesn’t seem like fighting over in small claims court, so there’s no telling how many people they have done this to. Avoid, I have never had an apartment complex charge me these charges like they have, go somewhere else."

"I went there to inquire about a unit the lady named Fallon was very bias to me after I told her I had a section 8 voucher! As if everyone on Section8 is a horrible tenant. She basically told me the rent would be an extra $300 a month just as I mentioned the voucher! When I’m my honest opinion the voucher is a GUARANTEED PAYMENT OF RENT some of these landlords should be ashamed of them selves when it’s hard working decent ppl with kids out here who don’t actually make enough to afford it ANYONE WITH A VOUCHER DONT EVEN ATTEMPT BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY BIAS‼️"

"We actually really like this place. We sold our home of 10 years in 2019 and came here from a fancy apartment that was absolutely awful. We moved here in Nov 2020 and while it’s a much simpler apartment, it’s so much better. It’s been a truly great experience. Yes, they have strict rules about how things should be and look but you need that type of strictness to keep things nice and clean looking. Which sets them apart from other dumpy apartments. We really like Ed the maintenance man. Unfortunately, our water heater broke on Christmas Day and he came over right away to help us. We enjoy living here and will miss it when we move out."
