"Not a lot to say about it. Always lots of maintenance issues. Fix and repairs issues are not fully and truly addressed. Because no sooner than it's reported fixed the issue comes back up again. Bandaids only work for so long until a thorough fix is done the same problems will re-emerge and remain troublesome not just for maintenance but the occupants also."

"The landlord is very judgemental and rude. And assumes or listens to her 2 gossipers who think they know everything but they don't. If It weren't for the 3 musketeers that would be an awesome place to live. Other than putting up with them clowns the neighbors are very friendly and quiet and the mind their business. And most importantly they aren't nosey. Good people I met some good people there within the 2 years I was there with my boyfriend at the time"

"Not much to be said about these apartments they are somewhat pricey for the amount of room you pay for. Kitchen is around the smallest size I've seen. However there is extra storage space in the basement if you want lock up your unused goods there, caution should be used though it floods sometimes and only a padlock to keep thieves away .they do have washing machines and dryes that are available witch is nice."
