"I would give these apartments 2.5/5 stars. When I first moved here in 2020 the rent was a decent price for the apartments. However now that the rent has increased due to the market, I personally don’t find these apartments worth it. They are decent, pros: I have new vinyl floor in bathroom and kitchen, fresh paint, new carpets throughout the rest of apartment, new toilet and sink, and there is also a renovated laundry room located in building, lots of parking, nice landscaping, decent neighbors, nice mailing area (don’t have to worry about stolen packages). Cons: apartment is very SMALL, OLD terrible looking bathtub, OLD terrible looking refrigerator, OLD terrible looking oven/stove that looks like it’s been used for 50+ years! Also, maintenance USED to be very quick, now they are slow to respond unless it’s urgent.. I no longer think these apartments are worth the price. If they lowered the price I would say move here but other than that, I rather pay $100-$200 more for a more updated/ renovated apartment and a bigger apartment! But with the outrageous rent prices now a days I would ONLY settle here if you absolutely can’t afford anything else or if you’re like me and don’t want to move elsewhere and have to pay rent that is equivalent to a mortgage payment! -used a diff name to protect my identity"

"I've been living in my apartment for 26 years. Love this place. Always clean. Office Manager Kurt is very nice and polite. Maintenance request are taken care of very fast. My air went out on Thursday night. It was fixed that next morning. Never have problems with neighbors. Nice place to live. Highly recommend their Apartments."

"I must say I really enjoy living here. The apartment is a great size, the grounds are taken care of, maintenance is always on top of everything and Kurt the office manager always reaches out at the beginning of the month to check if everything is going alright or needs to be addressed. I really don't have any complaints and I really love it here!! HONEST REVIEW!!"

"This is a very laid back and quiet place. It really suits my personality and character. I like that the maintenance is spot on and efficient when it comes to solving any issues within the facility. It really seems to have very mature neighbors which gives me a sense of security and peace. The rent is affordable and reasonable in terms of location, space, and amenities. I've only lived here six months now, but so far it's been pretty much what I was looking for in a place to live. I recommend Iroquois Green Apts. to a wide range of tenants looking for a nice place to stay. From singles to couples or even small families. Whether long or short term this is the place to be. Be watchful of this complex or else you could miss out on a gem just as I almost did. My compliments to all the workers and staff that go the extra mile to accommodate the residents' here.
