"I’ve been here 2 months and I absolutely love it! The application and move in process was flawless. Tess is awesome! I love my neighbors I live alone with my daughter I feel very safe in my apartment and coming home at night! Neighbors are very respectful we keep the outside areas clean. I haven’t saw not 1 bug! It’s super quiet! I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place and I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made to make this place my first apartment"
"Tess is amazing. Made my transition from Pittsburgh back to Louisville so easy and handled everything in a professional, yet approachable, manner. The unit is everything I could have hoped for. The remodeled unit with hardwood floors are really nice. Definitely feels like home!"
"The process for me to move in was so simple. Tess was very helpful and still is. I have been here a year almost and I love it. Anytime something needs fixed which is hardly ever it’s done same day. The maintenance is very nice and respectful. I’m still thinking about re signing my lease in January only because I want 3 bedrooms. But I may stay another year. Only issue I have with this place has nothing to do with the office. The neighborhood around the apartment is sketchy but you can’t help that. The apartment is very nice in size for a 2 bedroom and I always tell people that is looking for a apartment to go to Richardson properties."
"Beautiful properties, very well kept...which prompted my interest to rent from them. The management however was VERY rude and seemed to be nitpicking regarding the application process. I provided all documents that I was asked for SAME DAY; if not, well within 24 hours. I am a new mom with an excellent rental background having only rented one prior property. When asked for references I provided them, no problem. But when "Tess" contacted my current landlord she was very rude and did not introduce herself nor verify that I even lived at that residence before she hung up on her. Tess then emailed me back asking was I related to my landlord, and went on to say that my landlord told her that she did not own any properties. Even though immediately following their call, my landlord called me to see who I have been applying to rent from because the person who just called her had been so unprofessional. I did not appreciate being lied to for starters...and then when she had no response to the blatant lie, she states that some database has a man listed as owner of the property (my landlords ex husband). I explained to her that all I know is who I pay my rent to and who manages the property. I was then met with more friction regarding rental verification for two other addresses that I did NOT include on my application. Both were used as mailing addresses (my mother's home) dating as far back as 2009. I was at this point extremely frustrated and defeated because I did not know why I was being met with so much resistance during this process. It sucks because I was really looking forward to renting one of these units but if this is the customer service you get, I'd rather not"
