"WASTE OF TIME I called hours prior to set up a tour. I get to the office and there are two women sitting at the desk. They continued to take phone calls for the next 10-15 minutes. During this time I heard a caller complaining about moving into a unit that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. Even though I was being ignored I tried to remain calm because I still wanted to tour. One of the lady’s finally helped me out but because their scheduling was so unorganized she said I couldn’t tour. She “didn’t have access to any golf carts.” She asked me to come back at which point I told her I was from out of town. This was my only chance to tour. At this point more residents had showed up with issues and the phones were ringing. So because the office was understaffed and unorganized she acted like there was nothing she could do. Overall I must have wasted 30 minutes in the office just to be told I couldn’t tour! I wouldn’t live here and advise people to check the other bad reviews. So glad I know to steer clear of this place!! On top of the management’s lack of respect for my time, they don’t appear to have quality spaces- lots of bugs from what I have read."

"ROACH MOTEL!!!!!!! I lived here for the whole year of 2021 and where I lived at it was infested with roaches . They was crawling everywhere in my house. I was scared because one almost crawled in one of my kids ears, the air went out 2 months with living in this Apartment my Lge was high because of it then the heat went out. The leasing office is sneaky and rude BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS THE ROACHES IF YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH THEM FOR A YEAR GONE AHEAD AND MOVE HERE. They will put in a work order but they not going anywhere they will die and more will come back"

Also get that 42 inch do a year but do your part. Thanks Naomi you were. Awesome."

"Very bad Property Management very rude to say the least. Watch out signing a year lease with this property at the end of the lease put your 30 days and they make you stay an extra month with in staying in that extra month they harass you until you get out. Warning do not put emergency contact information down they will call friends and family members without authorization. We had packages stolen when delivered. They never come fix things when they r ask to. Bug problems to say the least. Dumpster area always overflowing with garbage. Warning before you think of moving in."
