"My experience at this property was always a warm and welcoming one. The office stay was always friendly and will to help and answer any questions that I had about leasing. The property it's self seemed very well kept up. My only issue is the roads are very bumpy. I have a friend that lives on property that was pushing me towards looking into this property and talked nothing less the Excellence about the maintenance staff."

"The area is nice but working with management and maintenance has been a rocky ride as they have changed ownership/management 3 times in the last 10 months. For the price they are charging.... there are tons of other options in the area that offer more Sq. footage, new construction and amenities. I give them credit, the most recent team seems nice and they are working on fixing issues with the complex but my family has not had the best experience renting here. We pay our rent and mind our business but you can tell the prior screening process for residents was not the best in the past. If you are thinking of moving here... I would wait another year before renting here. They need time to get their affairs in order properly with the transition changes."

"Terrible place to live. To begin with, the front office staff are great before you actually sign a lease and then they turn rude and condescending for anything thereafter, especially Christie. Absolutely hate when anything arises that I need to talk to them about because they're literally no help at all. Their main mode of communication is by clipping up papers outside of your door and you may or may not get the information half the time. If you don't get the information and something goes wrong then they will refuse to do anything at all to help you and tell you to figure it out. The apartments themselves are rundown and if you have a maintenance issue it's hit or miss on if they'll actually fix it or not. I have had an awful smell in my kitchen since I moved in and have put in a maintenance request to fix whatever is causing it and they came in and looked and did nothing else and it still smells awful. I won't even use certain drawers/cabinets because the smell in those areas is just so bad. My apartment was dirty and filled with bugs when I first moved in and it took weeks to get them to do additional pest control and they still pop up constantly. If you aren't renting one of their overpriced "updated" apartments then don't expect anything like new carpet or flooring when you move in. The grounds themselves are not pleasing to the eye at all and getting in and out of parking areas is a nightmare due to the awful drop offs and holes everywhere. I seriously do not recommend anyone rent here if there are better options elsewhere. I have only been here since the end of April and I already cannot wait for my lease to end. If I had not been in such a time crunch when I was originally looking for somewhere to rent then I would have definitely found somewhere better. *Editing to add that maintenance did get my smell issue in my kitchen taken care of. The garbage disposal had stopped working and was causing gunk to backup in my sink and was causing plumbing issues and a horrible smell. Thankfully it was removed and the smell is gone. Never had issues with maintenance themselves taking care of issues I've had and the guys are always super friendly and helpful."

"Current resident here and I just want to say that living here is not worth it AT ALL. Please save your money and go to a different complex. For starters just maintenance people came into my apartment, no warning, no email and I’m lucky I have cameras so I could catch them. Wanna know why? To give us a shower head, that should’ve been in the apartment from move in. Then there are roaches in the kitchen. We were told pest people would be coming around and nothing. And lastly if you own a pet GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They have a resident that has a dog that disturbs the other animals all day and night. And they allows this animal to go off leash (knowing that it is reactive). I’ve sent an email explaining my concerns and never heard anything back."

"I had the most awful time this past weekend with plumbing issues in my apartment. My main purpose in writing this is first, to recognize Mr. Donald Pullen for his outstanding technical skills and the very heart warming personality of neighborliness and friendliness with which he tackled and successfully resolved the plumbing issues that I was experiencing. Second, I want to personally thank Donnie for giving real meaning to what getting the best customer service feels like. It feels great!"
