"I recently had an experience with the Paddock of Eastpoint property, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. Their communication is subpar, often ignoring concerns, and the issue of animals' waste left unattended was quite disappointing. Also the discrepancy between the website pictures and the actual property was notable. i also expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of soundproofing in the apartment complex. Despite numerous complaints, the noise disturbances persist, affecting the overall quality of living. I kindly requested immediate attention and effective measures to address the ongoing issues that unfortunately were dismissed or not correctly resolved. theres also the recurring issue of unauthorized vehicles consistently occupying my designated parking spot. This inconvenience disrupts my daily routine, stopping me from leaving or going to work sometimes."
"I was looking to move with very short notice. Maria was phenomenal and had me moved in over just a couple of days. The townhomes are nice, garage is awesome, and the walls are thick. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance they’ve come out quick."
"I am a current resident and have lived here for almost a year now, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My home is perfect for me and my needs. It is extremely comfortable and quiet. In addition to this great community and its amenities is the incredible staff that serves everyone. They are committed to making this feel like home. Lydia has made me feel welcome from the first time I visited. She has an amazing personality and genuinely cares. She and the staff make living here a pleasure. I would highly recommend this community for your next home. Ron Snider"
"Moved out two months ago. If I can give 0, that’s what this apartment deserves. They try to charge you by any chances. Even when I moved out, I am charged $600from my deposit. But the picture they showed to clean was not my apartment. My apartment was really cleaned and the day we moved out, I asked them to go to check together, but they refused. Later they just sent pictures from nowhere to say that’s why I am charged for the $600. When I showed pictures to them we made, they just say we will be changed anyway. When we lived there, our microwave broke and we went to the office about 10 times to try to ask them to get it fixed. It took about 3 months to get one. Another thing I can’t believe is to see the rats in the kitchen, because there is a hole on the wall. The sewer went down for several times I even didn’t want to call them anymore. I still remember the day I just moved in a lady who just moved out said you don’t want to live here. Now I totally understand why she said that. They try to take every chance to charge you. Most apartments charge utilities fee about &100, this one charge you about $300. Now I want to say: you don’t want to live here. They use someone else’s apartment photos and said it was ours. The manager is a scam artist. When you moving in they will be nice to you because they have lots of empty apartments there. Because people are leaving everyday. The first one is they offered, and the other two are what made on the day we moved out."
"Went to the pool and had a great time! Overall, it was very clean and the life guard was great! He was very personable and I believe his name was Trey. He was very attentive and even jumped in to save the same kid twice. You could tell he really cared about his job and I felt very safe being there considering I’m not a super strong swimmer myself."
