"upon moving in the apartment was filthy and had not been dusted in months. the walls are paper thin, you will hear everything. water, trash, sewer is not included in rent pricing (in 2023, that is wild). you must pay for trash and valet trash. oh and after all the fees and rent, if you want to actually park at your home you can pay $35 for a reserved spot BUT they do not enforce parking rules so if somebody is in your spot they will just tell you to call the towing company they know won’t answer. OR you can pay $115 a month for a detached garage. no discounts or anything for this continued parking issue, you either pay more or come home and maybe park half a mile away. they don’t even enforce ensuring that people do not take a handicap spots, so please don’t leave here with a serious medical issue. but this is renting in 2023, and until the housing market is better we will all be forced to deal with money hungry rental properties. i was told the lifestyle fee would decrease once the pool was closed, welp that was a lie. oh, other then the paper thin walls….the apartment itself is nice. please note that the granite you see in the kitchen is not in the bathroom, it’s gross green sheet rock. happy renting."
