"It use to be a great place to live but it’s getting trashy and the parking issue is horrible which you can’t even park close to your home cause a lot of people have more then two cars per apartment and a lot of broken down cars takes up space."

"The apartment community grounds are very nice, clean, the neighbors are very friendly. Colin was exceptionally nice, very professional, extremely helpful. This is truly a wonderful community to live in."

"I drove through the property as a prospective tenant after hearing how this property was renovated. There was trash all outside the dumpster. People were blasting their music in their cars. I actually met one of the tenants and was told whoever manages this property uses personal biases towards tenants. It's unfortunate. I love what they have done with the place but I would feel uncomfortable living here."

"Very nice and accommodating office staff. Timely maintenance, a great environment to live. Beautiful spacious floorplans with my favorite, vaulted ceilings! Very quiet most of the time. Also multiple residents in law-enforcement. It’s a beautiful and safe place. Also, very close access Bardstown Road and Outer Loop. Just signed my second year lease! Definitely recommend."

"I moved into Avalon Springs in early 2021, I was relocating from out of state, so it was important for me to have a place that I felt comfortable in, and was close to work. The office manager is great and responsive, maintenance is always timely. My only issue, there have been a couple emails about car safety, and people coming through our community trying to get into cars. I called the manager and he walked me through their safety protocols and was very responsive. I've enjoyed living here, and can't wait for the pool to be open!"
