I was given notice to vacate bc I asked them for alternative security options with the recent (3 in two months) break in scenarios on the property. NO other complaints with me living here besides me giving my concern on two occasions. - I have contacted a lawyer and the media. This isn’t the last of this situation as others in my community have faced (per the previous negative ratings) . I will have this exposed for who they are."

"East Chase Apartments offers a great living community. The management team is always professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They are quick to address any concerns and go out of their way to make residents feel welcome. Also, the maintenance team is efficient and thorough. They respond promptly to service requests and complete repairs quickly and effectively…and keep the area very well groomed and maintained. "Cockroach infested apartments, they will come in and spray three times out of the month and it does nothing to the infestation. Old kitchen appliances that are run down, out dated and break often. Their move out list is a complete lie and don't believe it As I did which is my biggest problem with them above all. Upon moving out they listed to clean the carpet "to the best of your ability" which we did, did the walkthrough with them even after moving out and still charged us $700 plus dollars for capert damages. Although their were none they charged us anyways. They replace the carpet when someone moves out, so this is their way of sticking you with the bill. Maintenance team is nice, but you will call them often to fix your appliances and or other problems that will occur"

"Lived at East Chase in my mid 20s for a few years then through most of my 30s. It's good average living. It's close to food, entertainment, and highway exits. Positives are that it has a washer and dryer and Hurstbourne police patrols through. Negatives are, the walls make it feel small. You have to be very limited in your furniture because it gets packed quick."
