"Best to communicate in person with the office.nice lady at the front desk. I applied with my section 8 voucher and was rejected. The apartments are priced right over the limit for section 8 but they don't tell you that..they make it seem like it's possible use your voucher..if your on section 8 don't waste your time and save your application fee and deposit until after approval."

"Not worth the money, poor communication. No way to get a hold of corporate regarding security deposit issues that I still haven’t received 6 months after moving out. Attorney is currently working on trying to get in contact with Noltemeyer Company since they won’t answer from the phone number I was given. Wouldn’t rent from this company again in the future."

"I do not live here, but I had wanted to until I read some of these comments. What the heck is going on with sending people an over $800 bill for the carpets?? And plus I've been trying to call for over a month and no one ever picks up the phone. Is anyone even in the office? Then a few comments talking about mold in the AC units? Do they not care about the health of their residents? Come on now please do better"

"I've lived here at Cedar Springs Apartments for a little over six years. The staff here is always very helpful and courteous. I've had very little issues with maintenance but anytime I did it was always promptly taken care of. Its location is close to the basic necessitees, restaurants and to the interstate. The rent here is compatible to other apartments in the area. I have enjoyed living here at Cedar Springs Apartments and have no desire to move"
