"This community has been wonderful ! As foreigners is important to have support , fell integrated and welcome We felt safe , we love our facilities . Wherever is needed or had some issues the apartment management try to help us Very welcome to children’s , I wish to have a kids playground, but unfortunately they don’t main office always pristine organized Friendly , helpful staff , great location I strong recommend the Brookview apartments"

"Parking rules are not being enforced; vehicles are parking on the street, making it difficult for traffic to get through - especially with oncoming vehicles trying to pass at the same time. There are no 'Drive on Right-Side Only' signs posted near the entrance (of the complex) at the round-about circle; I've seen numerous ALMOST collisions happen because some people apparently think that it's okay to drive on the left side of the street. General cleanliness issues: many residents are leaving their garbage setting out during the prohibited times (Fridays and Saturdays), the entire weekend before it's finally collected on Sunday evenings. It's hard to believe that this is actually being enforced, because it's always the same offenders it seems."

"The apartment complex is lovely. It’s nice and quiet and well maintained. The staff is an added bonus! They are effective and caring. Parking is very limited would be my only negative experience so far."

"Nice apartment complex, gym is nice. Maintenance can be slow but it is thorough. Lack of attention to detail, did not receive all amenities as detailed in floor plan. Move-in day was extra stressful, apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived (we were compensated with a $50 gift card) and found out the floor plan didn’t match what we were promised. Wasn’t provided an option to remedy that until weeks later and the solution was an opportunity to move into a different unit if and when one became available which would not be convenient after already moving in fully. Sometimes the events for the apartment complex aren’t carried through such as a pumpkin painting/carving contest - where the contest never occurred."

"This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had with an apartment , I’ve been complaining about mold for a month now and no one has came out to fix it, then when my apartment flooded all they did was clean the water up, knowing there has to be mold in the walls too. This place is so expensive and definitely not worth it I can not wait until my lease is up to move out."
