"When I first moved in I came home from work to find my bed sheets in a ball on my mattress, call the desk and they wouldn’t say anything but for me to come to the office. Finally after the back and forth they tell me the prior resident had bed bugs so they just wanted to check up. So nevermind not telling me, nevermind everything I own potentially being ruined? This place has to be one of the worst renters in the city. If I could rate it lower I would, the place is a dump and as far as your neighbors go I can assure you there aren’t any scholars, you’re going to hear music from cars all through the night, random fights and police calls on a regular basis. Hell I even seen a car get lit on fire. Laundry room washer/dryers barely work which cause you to double dry/wash on top of their already high prices. My rent was $835 and I spent about $25 each week on laundry. Moved up the street for $940 and got 120 extra sq ft on top of my own washer and dryer and it was built in 2018 so everything is new and you can pay your rent/schedule maintenance via an app like everywhere else in the 21st century.Do yourself a favor and move literally anywhere else.."

"We lived there for 8 years and our lease was not renewed and no reason was give. We had 3 weeks to find another place. Then on the last day of the month at 4:45 we received a call that if keys weren't returned we'd be responsible for the mext month's rent. How? Our lease was not renewed! My best friend lived here for two years, a few weeks ago she moved in and handed over the keys, they sent her a letter charging her $2000 because she wants it to cover “apartment repairs” I was with her when she moved in and I am sure she handed over the apartment in good condition, obviously it wasn't super clean or new but it's part of renting an apartment. "LOL! Unlike the rest, I really love my apartment. Yes I am a student but I don't think that harps my judgment on a good apartment. I have a one bed room deluxe. I love the office staff. Maintenance has always came in a timely manner. That day or the following. I love my neighbors and the girls across from me. Old man Frank takes a walk everyday and loves to write music. Great since of community. The only thing I do not like is the kitchen appliances are not updated and there is no ceiling lighting but not a big deal. Plus the do not salt the parking lot during the winter. I will complete my 1st year and I will be renewing."
