"I loved the new renovated townhomes, but my absolute favorite is the flats the downstairs has a beautiful bay window and I fell in love at first sight. If you want something small but not too small very quaint and family friendly I highly recommend Amherst place. The staff was friendly along with tenants we passed by on the way through."

"I’ve enjoyed living here so far. Though we were unfortunate enough to have an apartment fire last year, everything worked out in the end and we were moved to another unit. It feels safe and quiet. Occasionally there are children playing and children make noise, but they are happy and bother no one. I certainly don’t mind or notice all that much. Let kids be kids, I say. Anyways, we got lucky with this complex and I hope it stays the way it is. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants and in a great part of Louisville. Definitely better than the horror stories I’ve heard from other complexes."
