"I had no issues and the apartment is very clean condition. Everything looks fairly new and in great condition, Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, garbage disposal. Cable was easy to get set up too. I look forward to my stay here."

"When I first moved in one of the toilets was clogged. They kind of unclogged it a month later, and I had to clean that disgusting toilet. i can only flush liquid down it because it gets clogged otherwise, so I don't even use that bathroom. I'm waiting for my lease to end, so I can move out of this overpriced dump. I had someone cancel my electricity, and now I get charged an extra vacancy fee for something I had no control over. I moved into a dirty apartment, and it will be cleaner when I leave, but unfortunately I'm not expecting my deposit back. Stay away from this place."

"There seems to be a bug and pest infestation as they charge for service as part of the monthly rent, but DO NOT take care of residents apartments to eradicate the problem. Upon entering ______________'s apartment there were 4-6 small roaches climbing on the sinks, walls, and floor areas. The apartment is spotless and clean and there should be no reason for bugs in the unit. He can't even make a pizza in the oven and set it on the counter for more than 10min before a few small roaches come out of the woodwork. They're decent apartments, but NEED to get the infestations within their buildings under control. They know there's an issue if they're charging a fee for bug and pest control, and they should be spraying and bombing apartments monthly for charging for the service!"

"The staff and maintenance are phenomenal. They’re all super friendly and have the most amazing vibe. Responses to maintenance requests are super quick and I’ve always been happy with results. Shout out to Jeff and Eugene for that!! Maintenance even recently upgraded the pool furniture to super comfortable chairs with pillows and plenty of umbrellas all in less than 24 hours!"
