"Do not stay here. This place should be shut down for extremely unsanitary conditions. We were in our room for 15 minutes at most before my husband went to get an employee to look at the room. Sheets were definitely not washed, cigarette burns on all of the blankets and sheets, floors were filthy, and hair, dust, and crumbs all over the bathroom. The smell of the whole building in general made me want to gag, they had incense burning in the lobby/front desk area trying to mask the smell. We went to surrounding hotels to find a place to sleep for the night as we were traveling very late, all of those hotel employees said they have heard the same things from other travelers, and that they were surprised it hasn't been shut down already."
"I absolutely will never come back. The night manager made a copy of my credit card on a peice of paper with my ID and wrote down the entire card details and left it on his desk in the open. I told him about my concerns but he just didn't care because he's had charge backs in the past. This is against all credit card merchants rules. Ill be getting a new card tomorrow. Will never do this again. And the room... here's the pictures"
"WARNING ⚠️ THIS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Everything everyone says in the reviews is true. They tell you a cheap price, charge you double and explain its for taxes also a deposit that they never return. The towels were stained and felt gross, we were lucky to have an old travel bar of soap and toilet paper. Burn holes and food stains on the sheets and a boot print on the other. The carpet is disgusting and smells of mold. I don't know what the mattresses are made of but it would not be a comfortable rest. The building is blazing hot and smells of body oder and old food. I would not recommend this place. Comfort in. And Best Western on Dixie are good options, Surestay on Preston if you need to stay close by."
"This hotel is a rip-off. First they tell you a cheaper price over the phone and charge almost $200 including the deposit. The hallways were extremely hot, room key didnt work, had a half roll of toilet paper, no tissues, cups, or even shampoo and conditioner. My husband and i only stayed for maybe 4 hours until we had an emergency and go to hospital. I called at chek out she said i would get my deposit back but now a week later they tell me they are keeping it for cleaning. So $177 was wasted on a raggedy room"
"No toilet paper, no soap. Room stunk One bed had dirty sheets. Claimed that someone smoked in the room so they could keep the deposit. I went outside everytime I wanted to smoke a cigarette. I paid entirely too much, came to 100.00 a night for 2 nights. Never will stay there again."
