"Total wines is always a good place to check for whiskey but you never know what you will find. Got some 13th Colony which is not available in Missouri or Kansas so that was great."

"Carol made inappropriate comments while checking out and made it my final time coming to this location. This isn't my first time checking out with her, but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Borderline racist and crossed the line for me (I won't go into detail) and was not happy from walking inside the store to leaving. I've been going to Total wine & more for years now and the customer service and quality of goods has taken a toll at this location. I'm disappointed that a single manager like her could bring a good store down. Do better."

"Love this store!! They have the most awesome staff, John and Dickey are the absolute best. You walk in and tell them what you like and you come out with your new favs. They have a really nice rewards program that gives so many discounts, as if their prices weren't already the lowest in town. They also have monthly classes if you want to learn more about wine and spirits. We go on Friday afternoons for our 'happy hour' where we get to taste all kinds of spirits, beer and wines. They help you restock your bar, throw awesome parties and even help with selections for weddings! The store lay out is very friendly and easy to navigate. I just can't say enough about how much I love this store."

"This location is the closest to my home. I do not visit it very frequently, however, every time I am there, the staff is very helpful. We are greeted as soon as we walk in and followed up with someone later asking if we need help finding anything. They have a pretty good selection of the most alcohol as well as wine and beer. They also have an extensive selection of miniature alcohol bottles. And they have a fairly extensive refrigerated section. Bathrooms are available also. Would I return? Absolutely!"
