"Overall store is pretty neat, the thing is the employees, the cashiers in the front are extremely rude , every time I check out it seems like it’s a bother to them to ring up my 2 items, the manager is extremely rude to her employees, it’s been 2 times that one of the guys at the food court has had inappropriate behavior towards me it’s very unprofessional , I was eating there one time with one of my friends and we would get stared at by one of the male employees cleaning the floors ,I’m not exaggerating he was straight up staring nonstop, it’s very uncomfortable plz do better with the employees."

"Super bad service they treat the costumer's with bad actitud plus the manager its always shouting and making cry there on cashiers. I asked for help and she was so rude and mean, told me buy or get out!"

"So so. They don't offer as much as El Rancho for selection of aisle-type foods, but they have an in store restaurant and are clean and tidier than El Rancho. They have pan dulce and fresh produce available."

"If I could leave zero I would. The manager has no people skills whatsoever and is very rude. Bought a cake for a party and it did not have enough icing and was very dry when it was supposed to be a tres leches cake. Went the day after to see what could be done and the manager then asked me to bring the cake in after we had already eaten it because I had no time to return it the day of the party. She later states that I am lying and the pictures I show her are “fake” and that I got them from the internet. Horrible experience, do not buy cakes from here!"

"New changes are more clean then Terry's SuperMarket, and everything is more spaced out. For the most part, things like the Pan Dulce and Veggies seem the same. Frozen Shrimp was cheap. It does the job if you just want to go across the street and go to a less busy store, still with fresh and cheap produce."
