"Cabinets arrived within 2 weeks so Doug Pulliam owner came to my house to say he needed to deliver cabinets on Tuesday because they would be installed on Wednesday, the following day. Wednesday came, no installer showed up until 3:45 when one man showed up saying he wasn't going to do anything that day, but then removed 2 cabinets before leaving. He would return next day at 10. Next day, 12:45 installer had not arrived so at 2:45 I had a Dr appt so I called Mr Pulliam to tell him that his installer had not shown up and I could not leave my home unlocked. He said he would tell him and the install would be done the next day. Expecting the installer to be early, good size install, I was up at 7:30am waiting..no installer shows up. Installer calls at 9:45, are we still on today? Hello..are we still on? Joke right?? He will be at least 2 hours or longer before he can head this way..he is trying to round up some help, doesn't know when they will arrive. So thinking he hasn't planned I say so if you had till Monday, what? Oh..I can be there by 9am and laughs.. I said ok..I will look for you at 9am. Again, he laughs. Monday morning again I'm up early expecting him at 9am. 8:45 the phone rings. He won't make it at 9...he is waiting on people to come help him, don't know how long before they get there. He is dealing with things at his home. Spectrum came just dropped a line, never buried it, they only put beneath sod when they do bury it, he wants it in conduit, so he will be here at 10am. I say see you then. I then call Mr Pulliam to say this guy has made excuse after excuse and if he isn't here by 10 like he said..he will need to send someone else. Few min..the would be installer texts me, just set his tools out. No level..no square..but 2 small battery drivers, and other in small tool pouch. They had been there since Wednesday when he showed up at 3:45. All this to say..This Company has no installers. They sell cabinets to be installed, but then have no installers. Mr Pulliam said these are sub contractors and he has no control when they arrive or if they arrive. Hello..someone hired them..and it wasn't me. After waiting from Monday until Sunday, without hearing from Doug Pulliam, I noticed he sent a Gmail the previous Wednesday, saying he had no installer, he would have to be given time to find one, he has no control over the sub contractors. If you are looking for a problem free purchase that goes smooth..BEWARE...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE!! HE HAS NO INSTALLERS...YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHEN OR IF THE CABINETS WILL BE INSTALLED. YOU WILL HOWEVER HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF CABINETS TO BE INSTALLED AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY MEANS TO COOK FOR EVER HOW LONG IT TAKES. DOUGH IS VERY PLEASANT MAN ...but being pleasant doesn't get your cabinets installed. A service was sold to me that has not been provided and its been 2 weeks of cabinets sitting here. Do yourself a favor... Also a 33 inch double oven cabinet was ordered for a 24 inch oven. I called about that spoke to Doug Pulliam...they don't make cabinets to fit oven..the installer fixes them to fit. I called Lowes, Home Depot, and Haggertys who each said no ma'am....you need a 27" oven cabinet for that oven. So to be totally clear, I called Pro-Craft..the maker of the cabinets Doug sold me. They told me also that I needed a 27" oven cabinet..but that they did not make them so one would not be available to buy through them. She went on to say..she has heard some installers modify them but that Pro Craft does not recommend it and the cabinet would not look as intended. When I asked her next size she sold, she said 30" and again it would not fit properly. I said well the one sent is a 33" cabinet..she said that is way too big and as she said they do not recommend any modifications but that is way too big a cabinet for a 24" double oven. To speak to the company about that..which I told her I had and he said oven cabinets aren't ordered to fit anymore. She said that's not correct..they have been and still are ordered by the size of the oven. You make your choice..."
"I did not have a good experience with this company The design was not good, the person who did the design quit the company afterward but had collected the commission and therefore no one wanted to follow-up on the job. We were very disappointed in the quality of the cabinets, several of which came in damaged or mismatched. There was much delay in receiving the replacements causing our remodel to take much longer than expected and costing more. I cannot give this company a good review."
