"I have never had a bad experience at Best Buy. Customer service has always been helpful. I can order from home and pick it up in the store, or order it and have it sent to the house. Usually in less then 3 days"

"The item I wanted was out of stock, as was the other store in town. The sales rep told me they could order it for delivery and to go to check out. He also referred me to Geek Squad for a question about wireless routers. After being told that someone from Geek Squad would be with me "in a sec", I waited for about 10 minutes while the Geeks talked about the weather. They acknowledged me. So I just left and likely won't be back. Amazon is much more convenient."

"I bought an HP printer 10.16.23; it worked half of the time. Due to the holidays and my work schedule. I waited to return it when I scheduled days off. Best Buy refused to take the return, so now I have a 100$ printer that works some of the time. I will never darken their doors again!"

"If you know what you're looking for it's hit or miss that you'll find someone who can help you with the same level of expertise. I was looking for a very specific piece of tech--VERY SPECIFIC--one whose production serial number was in a very specific range. Rather than hooking me up with someone equally detail oriented I just ended up waiting in line for a cashier. While she was doing her best she simply did not know what I was talking about. So if you're tech savvy, you're better off going to the Best Buy on Nicholasville--the associates there know their stuff and will help you better."

"The service is hit or miss at this location. We had to go there twice within two weeks. The first time was for a pickup and the girl at the counter seemed a bit annoyed that she had to work. However, the second time we were making a in store purchase the man was super friendly and helpful. He offered to help load the item as well. I will follow up on the review the next time we go to see how customer service is that time around."
