"Ordered sectional from local store and waited a week for item to be in stock. Scheduled a delivery for the following saturday and waited all day and still no furniture. I called twice and was told we would get our furniture for sure today, not so sure now. If it doesnt come to day i will have to schedule a day off during the week to get my couches. Super frustrating. UPDATE!! The gentlemen delivering were super nice and a pleasure to deal with. Even though it was a late delivery we were very satisfied with the outcome. Only recommendation is that SIMS helps to ensure the drivers get home in a timely manner."
