"My husband has had an account for a few years and Lucas the manager of the store does an exceptional job. He has been attentive to my needs, made sure my items arrived on time, helpful getting me approved and helped when I was late on payment. I have seen him Unload sections of the showroom to outdoors. He delivers items and most of time answers the phone when I call. Aarons is lucky to have a well rounded manager who genuinely cares about his customers and the business. Tony Martin."

"I made 2 payments in November and they tried to say I didn't so they came and picked up my stuff. I lost a lot of money. Also the manager Lucas is very rude and disrespectful. They take your money when you get close to having half or almost all of it paid off and say your late or not paying. Do not do business with this store. It's wasting your time and money. It's not an honest company."

"Horrible Customer Service! I have been given the run around from Lucas for almost a year now. I have called 2 months in a row to pay off my account and he will tell me my payment has been processed but when asked why I don't see the debit in my account I'm told "It can take a while" The quality of the merchandise is less than and Lucas has lied to me each and every time I spoke with him. I had to resort to reporting this company to the BBB as I was refused communication with anyone above him and when you call the corporate number you only get a call center agent who cannot escalate my issues to anyone but the store manager (Lucas)"

"Nice place to buy something with no down payment or no cash at hand. Good for new as well as second hand products. Their customer service is always amazing; they need such in order to get their clientele. Downside is the high interest rate that one has to pay when making payments. For those with no cash in hand and who are good to make monthly payments, this is a good option"

"This place used to be fantastic. Mike and Wes were phonominal salesman with incredible customer service. New staff and new management sucks! I've been a customer for years. They've had my under-warranty laptop for weeks. Didn't bother to call and let me know it was ready even though I expressed the urgency of it being that I am a full time student. They did; however, call me at 8:15 this morning (2 hours before they open!) to inform me that my payment is due today! REALLY?!?! How about calling once I'm late, not before!!!! I only have 2 payments left and couldn't be happier that my business with them is nearly over!!"
